Selections  -  Select None.

Selection – Load/Save Selection – Load Selection from Alpha Channel -  Selection #2.

Adjust  -  Add/Remove Noise  -  Add Noise: Random - Noise: 15 - Monochrome checked.

 Selections  -  Promote Selection to Layer.

Activate Layer Raster 1.
Selection – Load/Save Selection – Load Selection from Alpha Channel -  Selection #4.

Effects  -  Artistic Effects  -  Halftone

Select None  -  Seletions.

Still with Layer Raster 1 enabled...
Selection – Load/Save Selection – Load Selection from Alpha Channel -  Selection #3.

Effects  -  Artistic Effects  -  Halftone

 If you are using a very dark color on the Foreground this effect will not make a difference.
So I suggest using Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise: Random, Noise 3, Monochrome marked.
I applied this done in the second version.

 Selections  -  Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections  -  Select None.
Plugins  -  Flaming Pear  -  Flexify 2

Selection – Load/Save Selection – Load Selection from Alpha Channel -   Selection #5.

Press the Delete key on the keyboard for 5 times.
Selections  -  Select None.

 Effects  -  Image Effects  -  Seamless Tiling: Default.

 0/ 0/ 100/ 0 -  Color: Background color.
Layers  -  Duplicate.
Blend Mode: Screen.

Activate the Raster layer 1.
Layers  -  New Raster Layer.
Paint with the color #ffffff (White).
Layers  -  New Mask Layer  -  From Image - NarahsMasks_1711.

Layers  -  Merge  -  Merge Group.
Blend Mode: Dodge.

Edit  -  Copy

Activate selection tool (Press K on your keyboard)
